Intended User: People with a backyard or a group.. 
Advantage:  Solid, its not going anywhere.
Disadvantage:  Very big.

 Jigen is a name of a ryu of kenjutsu (Jigen ryu) which comes from Satsuma,
and was famous during the restoration last century.  They practice against
standing pells as well as horizontal pells.  (Thanks Steve H. for the pointer)
